For herb cheese: (**)
200 g of fresh cheese (quark type)
2 tablespoons linseed oil
fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill, basil, what you like the most)
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven at 200 ºC. Wash the potatoes well and cut in half lengthwise and place them in the oven tray with some oil. Spread potatoes also with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
Cook approximately for 30 minutes in the oven.
For the herb cheese, mix the quark with linseed oil and add the chopped herbs and salt.
Serve with potatoes.
