1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5 coriander stems
1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt (**)
Wash and cut the cucumbers. If they come from organic farming, it is advisable not to remove the peel or at least part of it, as they contain many micronutrients.
Chop the coriander and mix with the yoghurt, lemon juice and salt.
Add the salad dressing to the cucumbers and mix everything. Leave everything in the fridge and take out the salad about 15 minutes before serving.

(**) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not take any protein, especially on the first build up day, and only a little on the 2nd build up day.
