2 small slices of rye bread
Fresh cheese spread (**)
2 slices of goat cheese, roll (**)
We toast the rye bread. We spread a thin layer of fresh cheese. Cut the fig into slices and put it on top.
In a pan heat the slices of goat cheese at low heat so that they melt a little.
Carefully put the goat cheese on top of the toast and decorate it with a mint leaf and almond.

(**) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not take any protein, especially on the first build up day, and only a little on the 2nd build up day.
