Ingredients:


200g red cabbage
200g fresh pineapple
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil (*)
1 pinch of cinnamon
Salt, freshly ground pepper

 

 

 


Preparation:


Cut the washed red cabbage very finely.
Also divide the fresh pineapple into small pieces and mix it with the red cabbage.
Make a dressing of the the lemon juice, oil and spices and mix it with the salad.

(*) This recipe is suitable for the days after fasting, but you should not use oil, especially on the first build up day. On the second build up day you can use it, but only little.
