80g green grapes
50 g celery
50 g walnuts
For the dressing:
1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp natural yoghurt
Wash the celery, grapes and strawberries. Core and halve the grapes. Cut the strawberries into pieces and cut the celery into thin slices.
Mince the walnut kernels and mix everything.
Mix the dressing ingredients and mix gently with the salad.
