500g sweet potatoes
125g grated coconut
4 tablespoons of honey
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
Cook the washed, peeled and sliced sweet potatoes in salt-free water until soft. Drain well and stomp.
Mix with the honey, cinnamon and half of the coconut flakes.
Once the dough is well mixed, we make croquettes and bread them with the remaining coconut flakes.
